$60.00 per man-hour, with a minimum charge of $240.00

In addition to our traditional Spring Clean-Up Package, we do charge a minimum initial fee of $50.00 for the service of pet waste removal if applicable.
Spring Fertilization
During your Spring Clean Up, we
will apply a 22-11-11 spring fertilizer.

Spring Calpril Pellet Lime Application
The amount of lime to be applied is based on the pH level of your soil. If the pH is between 6.0 and 7.0, no lime will be necessary. If your lawn requires more than two bags of lime, we will contact you by
phone for approval.

$50.00 per 100 pounds or per 5,000 square feet
• Turf areas will be mowed to a height of 2.5 inches
• All borders, trees, and buildings will be neatly trimmed using a weed
whacker
• Debris resulting from the service will be bagged

We will apply summer fertilizer during the months of June and August.

your concrete border
• All debris will be collected, bagged, and placed on the curb
• If it has been over a year since your last edging and you have a concrete
edge or curb, your lawn needs this service
